Acratech GPSS Ball Head

The GPSS is the perfect match for your traveler style tripod. Made with the same durability as the GP, it has a smaller base so that when you invert your 180 legs they can wrap around the head. Invest in the lever clamp model—it is the ultimate in ensuring your camera remains locked into the ball head.

Gitzo GT3541XLS Systematic 6X Carbon Fiber Tripod Legs

Lightweight but more than sturdy enough to support anything I own. Note that it doesn’t have a center post; I never use one anyway, as extending a center post even a few inches wreaks havoc on stability.
